Betmex Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you") and Betmex ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the website betmex.ws and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, poker, card games, Ludo, and fishing games. By accessing or using any part of the Betmex platform, you accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of Betmex following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all players accessing Betmex, including registered account holders and casual visitors who browse the platform without registering. Registered account holders have additional obligations as described in the sections below. All players are expected to have read and understood these Terms before engaging with any Betmex service.

Betmex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To open an account and use Betmex services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betmex operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly allow any person under this age to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location and personal circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or previous self-excluded player from Betmex or any other platform where such exclusion remains active.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Betmex employee in a role with access to systems that could affect game outcomes or player accounts.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Betmex reserves the right to verify player identity at any time and to close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Betmex account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across associated accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. This information is used for identity verification, withdrawal processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Betmex login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. Betmex support will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your own actions, and you will be held responsible for all bets placed and transactions made from your account.

If you suspect that your Betmex account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@betmex.ws to lock your account pending investigation.

Betmex operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency accounts are available and no currency conversion is applied to player funds at any stage.

The following deposit methods are accepted on Betmex:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• Bank IBFT — interbank funds transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Betmex does not charge any fees for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges which are not within Betmex's control. Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any transfer costs incurred.

Betmex reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit method belongs to the registered account holder before processing withdrawals to that method. This is a standard security and anti-fraud requirement, not a personal accusation. Accounts that cannot provide this evidence may have withdrawals held pending review.

Betmex offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general bonus rules below. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are awarded in PKR to your Betmex account balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity window specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met will be removed along with any associated winnings.
• Betmex reserves the right to disqualify any player from a bonus if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting is detected.
• Free bet or free spin bonuses that do not require a deposit are subject to maximum winnings caps which are stated in the offer details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Betmex does not offer bonuses on deposits made through certain payment methods during specific promotional periods — these exclusions will be clearly stated in the individual offer details.

Betmex is committed to fast and reliable PKR withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as part of our standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows:

Betmex may delay or suspend a withdrawal request for the following reasons: pending identity verification, active bonus wagering requirements, suspected account security breach, or if a withdrawal triggers our standard fraud screening process. In all such cases, Betmex will contact you via your registered email address to explain the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Betmex does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Where a payment provider charges a fee on their end, that deduction is outside Betmex's control and will be reflected in the net amount received.

All bets and wagers placed on Betmex are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product or game being played. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section before you commit any funds. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market you participate in before placing a bet.

For sports betting including PSL and cricket markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Betmex will not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed except in circumstances where the market was published with a material error.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, Betmex will settle affected bets according to the rules published in the sports betting section.
• Betmex reserves the right to void bets where odds were published due to a technical error or where clear pricing mistakes are present. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual markets and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

For casino, card games, poker, Ludo, and fishing games, the rules governing each game type are displayed within the game interface. Betmex uses certified random number generation for all digital games. Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing conducted on camera and cannot be altered after the dealing round has concluded.

In the event of a technical failure mid-round, Betmex will attempt to resolve the round using available server logs. If this is not possible, bets placed in the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.

Betmex takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time from the account settings section of the Betmex platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure the maximum duration of a continuous gaming session before the system prompts you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications at set intervals displaying your net session result.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Betmex account. Self-excluded players cannot be reinstated during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betmex. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds associated with the prohibited activity, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Betmex account
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms through coordinated multi-account activity (bonus abuse)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Betmex platform
• Colluding with other players in poker or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to access the Betmex platform, its systems, or other players' accounts without authorisation
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith against legitimate Betmex transactions
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge not available to the general public

Betmex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, court or regulatory order, player death, or at the player's own request.

Where a Betmex account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to policy violations, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days of closure confirmation.

Players wishing to close their own Betmex account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@betmex.ws or using the account closure option in the account settings. We will ask you to confirm your identity and the reason for closure, and may take up to 48 hours to process voluntary closure requests.

All content on the Betmex platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Betmex or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for your personal use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Betmex intellectual property without express written permission from Betmex. Unauthorised use of Betmex intellectual property may constitute trademark or copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Betmex provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betmex limits its liability to players to the following:

• Betmex is not liable for losses arising from your gambling activities beyond returning your original deposit in circumstances of verified platform error.
• Betmex is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications networks.
• Betmex is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Betmex is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your gambling winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits Betmex's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Betmex's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Betmex may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, we will provide notice through a prominent announcement on the Betmex platform and, where practical, via your registered email address, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Betmex after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Betmex platform and close your account. Any bets already placed under the previous Terms will be settled according to those Terms unless the amendment specifically addresses settlement of existing bets.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to support@betmex.ws with the subject line "Formal Complaint" along with your account username and a full description of the issue. Betmex will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by Betmex support, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution channel available to you under applicable law.
